It is understood that due to the fact the books are made to order print, the cost of them is quite high and out of market range based on the printing company’s fees, and then upcharge when it hits the global market and online retailers.
I have disclosed on my website that despite books going into the 3 digits of price, I mostly get anywhere like 9-11 dollars per book except when it comes to “Lorem Ipsum: A Child of Someone” and into some of the art books.
That is a prohibitive market discussion that could be had, while I note and honored that any of them have been purchased in that range and note if ever a traditional publisher picks I up, any of those books would be reformatted, repriced and the original ones would be collector’s items of early adoption in process.
