I’ll respond accordingly in a minute, but I do want to recap what I have already written online.
Please note I have charged the college with defraud and human rights violations as well as intellectual property theft ane crimes against humanity in and during employment and while in school and the direct threats and attack on I post wrongful termination and illegal suspend of my college education back in 2022.
Considering the national and international threat the college poses to America and international school, I honest have no faith in a college that defaulted in a legal battle and is sitting in obstruction of justice fact iin the state of GA.
It is in this regard, I can recpriocated where SCAD is an unwelcomed part of American Academic history and destined to be at the fore-front of college change and absolutely eliminated if they continue to harm and attack me and my property that is legally protected by Library of Congress and enforceable of being charged on in theft and damages on up to 95 years after my death.
That would include exactly what the college impeded on while in legal complaint on the matter that they stole from me and defrauded during legal complaint of injury while compounded damages during that.
Under those rules, SCAD is illegally operating off of intellectual property that they took from me to save themselves and leave me in what is considered “reckless Endangerment” then and now.
That area means they cannot legally collect tuition from any student of the college with this unresolved, and if that is how SCAD wants to act, unwarrented here, then I have no problem never setting foot on SCAD property again and the college can close based on factual defraud, which would make Savannah a Ghost Town or you really have to start considering a new name of syndication of trustee build in any restructure that couldn’t occur without my permission and remedy that has been stalled in “Obstruction of Justice.”
Below is what I have written publically so far.
As SCAD is a federal contractor, as all colleges are, I utilize my first amendment rights and understand I read the above letter, which also means if SCAD, or friends of, are caught on my private electronics or compromising my intellectual property that is also protected by the United States of America, I will prosecute just as much as I will anyways based on an unprovoked letter from a private entity that has already been reported to local, state and federal officials.

Based on the above letter of legal where nothing legal leaves scad without Paula Wallaces permission, I'll sure the college on libel charges which kind of was the problem back in 2022 anyways.

Now that I had time to read the letter and breathe a bit, since I did have to work today, and that known little digital espionage aspect of malware through speaker systems of hacking is still going on and proven beyond a reasonable doubt, let me respond in my own writing.
If I uproot myself to another country, I am pressing charges on you, The city of Savannah, The State of Georgia, and The United States of America in known reported areas since 2019 and I am a little tired of SCAD’s leadership of trying to escape liabilities and compound them since 2021, and most certainly since Feb. 10, 2022.
I will need you to be more specific of “Global SCAD Events” which would involve contact on that as SCAD basicallly has their hands in everything, and people’s households and. computers on the matter, so I find the letter confusing there.
I am the victim here and reporter of crimes from your entity, so if anyone needs another cease and desist, there is still the one I sent your lawyers during legal complaint that clearly was ignored by your entity anyways.
If I must be clear here, I changed my phone number at the beginning of the month, so there is absolutely no reason your entity should have that phone number and the one listed in the letter above is a dead phone number.
That is point of contact #1, where that is arrestable if you ever get that and continue in what I have claimed and proven.
Number 2, I have not emailed your college for several months and I supplied every email I did to the law officers you mentioned in fact check on this, just as much as I will email the law officer with this website and tell them I will press charges on the University and Paula Wallace, because nothing legal leaves SCAD without the president’s approval and I am sick and tired of whatever Non Gratis of Generational Theft they got going on over there that I fought on for their protection and my own, and then still beat up by them.
This many years in, “OK, let’s just collapse the entire College System here, but in known defraud proven beyond a reasonable doubt, “STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS FOR ALL OF SCAD HISTORY, (and The Wallaces are probably not allowed at SCAD ever again in an executive role.”"
It is noted in internals of filings with the Courts of Chatham County that I already requested years ago a restraining order against Paula Wallace, but was sent to another area where I did not proceed with filings, but those things do get read and they directed me in the correct place.
I chose not file, but that is little covert word of mouth as well.
As for the areas unprovoked here that you mention, I have to call out some of this specifically.
Number 1, Terrorist Threats are not coming from me and “Have you even seen and processed the content on my website?”, if you are saying SAV police department is and copying FBI on this letter, I am sure they have.
So when it comes to credible witness there and statement, I really know when I have to adult and be as precise as I have to be on that matter.
Your secondary legal council should know that from the illegal private arbitration we had where neither them nor the judge followed your own ADRPA anyways and my little Slave II of myself did the best I could of law novice and even over there potentially disrupted all of private arbitration on constitutional grounds that seemingly didn’t go back to Chatham County according to procedures.
As for Criminal Tresspass, number one, I need a clear map of what you think is SCAD property and City of Savannah first, but for the most part I’ve probably been downtown like 3-4 times over the last 4 years since so you don’t have a problem there at all, but let me be clear hear.

As for any Harassing Communication here, I understand you have entities still in employment that perjured in legal complaint. I am not harassing, and actually I am not even writing your college.
I am trying to save my life and protect America, which comes with the same bit of investigation that would of been a full sweep of the Wallaces in background check before whatever questions of collusion or otherwise is there in photo opts with Joseph Biden in what I have dubbed online as being a part of “The Biden Burn Book”.
So all in all here, in where I have been in more disclosure than your entity ever will be here, I will gladly send this to the reporting officer just as much as post this online and tag CIA, FBI or anyone outside of Georgia that here we have conduit of the arts in inarguable defraud and default that changes the entire college landscape of America.

Based on the above letter and previous non-response by HR or official ADRPA forms of copyright infringement questions of private arbitration, once again you have invalidated your useage of private arbitration and discussion that was abused the first time.
I can seek jury trial with you at any time and paved the way for any SCAD student or employee in what was unconstitutional and you really have to learn boundaries because if you absorb all student property, you are a monopoly and fold anyways.

Also, since the above letter eliminates Alumni benefits here, Can I use that for student debt forgiveness since that is an area of benefits they taken away and I still never got an official letter on why you illegally suspended my college education anyways.
