As I was cleaning up for the evening and organizing on April 22, 2026, I came across a video I did late in the evening on Feb. 8, 2026 where I went into my bedroom and pulled out my physical copy of “No ‘Starving Artist’s” where I showcase that it completed, published since 2023 and properly cited to the best of my ability.

The Correct answer to this all these years later is SCAD knew their liabilities in April 2021.
I was wronged and injured by a known liable entity of HR of their own recourse and of SCAD which was known of SCAD internal legal council.
Based on federal compliance, that entity should of had no authority or business over myself and any reports of valid that were made that violate ADA compliances while my resume submit shows more than valid of allowed to be transfered and could of been of asset to SCAD at the time.
My wrongful termination was done so by them and applied to other entities of SCAD based on their actions and choices found in violation via Email and persuade of others on the matter which is in violation of federal compliance.
In that regard, I am entitled to backpay all these years later and re-instatement, but honestly I shouldn’t of been working at a café anyways but needed time after the events of 2 places of employment and attack prior in the State of Georgia.
Considering I hsve copyright protected jut about everything on the matter, it is clearly understood everything I could of done to save the college and other’s in investment has occurred and I seriously don’t need to say anything else.
Based on yesterday, it is a guarentee that founder of the college along with others would be forced to testify in criminal cases that goes into the necessity of protection of myself and the national college investment.
