UPDATED FROM BBB CASE FILE
Unfortunately BBB has determined without discussion, that a Refund is not something they handle here in this matter, which is actually incorrect, as the product is misrepresented in safety and security within the college setting of protection, and then also legal “warrenty” of Alumni rights and privilege package perks of entertaining the college have been null and voided willfully and in proven retaliation by the college towards I of former Student, Employee and Alumni.
As that is the case in prior stated back and forth with the BBB and in legal court settings, I find it is of note that the officer who did not allow a back and forth on this matter was the same that happened my first complaint with SCAD leading towards what has been obstructed and impeded on position and property of The College Landscape within the 47th administration, while Paula Wallace was awarded the highest civilian honor by a president of the 46th, while all complaints were (and currently) active and unresolved.
(I find that is a dead-end there, and SCAD is still legally required to hand over my entire Student/Employee file due to a FERPA submit that has gone unresponded to along with ADRPA forms also not responded to which is required of federal compliance and their HR Office.
I can’t go to court because they would say legally bound to their ADRPA as they did last time, but that cause was defaulted and sitting in potential, and required, obstruction of charges with no resolve beyond a reasonable doubt of their liability and unconstitutionals of violations in ADRPA procedures SCAD didn’t follow the first time.
You would think it would be illegal for them to even have the option of Private Arbitration at this point, which of “play ground”, got my crash course on that position of I as a law novice as 13th Warrior of moving myself out of the Slavery violations.

Just so we are clear, my first fight with the BBB oversight was for the rights of all students and their intellectual property.
Any motion of back and forth with the BBB knows what I sent was copyright protected and I am well aware of Donald Trump’s position of crack downs on EEOC and BBB for no reason whatsoever in sarcasm of their own exploit and needed to resolve.
I have below what is posted on social of Private American Citizen issue on the matter of what was leveraged by others on either side and I reiterate I have no probem with the disavow letter from SCAD when it comes to also an ask for publically of everything pertaining to my student/employee file in what is complete divorce from education completely occuring.
Others privately know where they are going in which they never should of known anyways.
Still waiting to hear about this. Disavow me and deny me my alumni benefits and I have legally asked for a full refund of my entire Undergrad Tuition, which is nothing in comparison of keeping your lights on with my intellectual property. Please address and thank you. I actually have student loans to pay still and that resolves that completely as we move on and towards.
