Below was handwritten while I was at work today from my shift between 1PM EST to roughly a bit after 10PM on Feb. 18, 2026, where the date written was wrong on the matter below.
I have more than enough evidence of being attacked and tortured on American soil with a reiterate of over 20 human rights violations upon I done and roughly about 7 constitutional breaches that have been violated of my human rights,
I reiterate, this began in 2018 upon moving back to Georgia.
It is understood that both the State of Georgia and The Savannah College of Art & Design are wrapped up in obstruction of justice and human labor trafficking issues that goes into known racketeering as an entity collectively.
I am a little tired of my human rights being violated daily and has been for years where SCAD’s requirement of no retaliation towards I by them, or by willful choice their partners, have been in my protected area since April 2021.
Considering what is a proven landscape of evidence had and built on the matter, I find the war crimes upon I of the last 7.5 years on American soil to be quite enough had of my lifetime.
I write, “I am very tired of being attacked on American Soil with known human rights violations as well as Constitutional.
I was once again attacked at work (in audable methods that escalated when my phone died and others knew I didn’t have an outlet to type or give warning to on the matter. That subjected me to hours once again of private torture in methods proven already beyond a reasonable doubt).

To explain this a little bit. I have been a strong supporter of college and SCAD along with the arts in general.
I was harmed and injured by SCAD during employment/student status and then most certainly repeatedly injured by the college during legal complaint that constituted retaliation and vengefulness that went onto no remedy and obstruction of justice while SCAD failed to follow their own ADRPA procedures and illegally went into what was supposed to be private arbitration, but ended up being mediation only, obstructed justice and I most certainly a human labor trafficking victim and slave in traditional sense of the word in defraud noted.
If this was a continued detriment to my life and what is at a cost, I would no longer be supportive of the college existence in any capacity, because my human life is still threatened and attacked in a landscape that could of ended.
2. It is understood I have reported to law enforcement many times over of what I have been attacked on and with evidence on the matter that is legally reported and in case numbers leading to hospitalizations, where willfully there in a controlled environment, I was able to prove that I was still attacked even in hospital settings that constitutes HiPPA violations and proves landscape of methodology in non-connected cases of crimes of torture and inhumane.
Due to the city’s position in Superior Court of Chatham county as well as the requirement of law officials to prevent and stop crime, the city itself would be liable for damages that span the course of SCAD’s liabilities since 2021, but most certainly would fall in liabilities of the court, the noted areas of torture and audio attack upon I in technological proven area of willful intention that constitutes cruel and unusual on the matter.
That more than likely would set up for a City Council meeting and still a requirement of mayor on the matter as the events surrounding I at SCAD and post SCAD constitutes a international student threat based on intellectual property theft and attempted murder/manslaughter of I.
3. Considering I have legal protection from retaliations based on factual reporting to FBI, EEOC, local law and numerous accounts of social media to United Nations, The White House and various elected officials, the state would be aware of events since 2018 towards I in detriment and reported to the best of my ability.
I have reached out many times to Governor Brian Kemp on the matter, and considering the 7.5 years I have been through this in proven report state and federal, I would hold him and his office personally responsible of negligence on the matter while the damages just to myself are catastrophic to the state collectively before going into any of the damages of student collectively of college set in matters of intellectual property rights and human rights violations.
4. Based on the numerous reports to FBI and the united states federal branch, it is already proven that federally, The United States has acted on my protected works without compensation since at least the 45th administration and carried on doing so into the 47th going into that being a standardized practice for globally traded companies of mass media as well.
The insult to intelligence here rest with a photo-opt with Joseph Biden and president of SCAD, Paula Wallace in what would of been a very extensive investigation beffore she was awarded an achievement of honor for her service in the college setting.
I could say that could go either way, but based on fact, the attacks on I should of ended long ago instead of being escalated in intensity since the 47th administration took office, causing questions to President and VP of 46th and anyone of political advantage points wishing to go at a 48th here while complacency sets between 3 presidential administrations.
I really do not know what to do here while the landscape of 7.5 years here not only gives the possibility of bankrupting a city, a state, but also the entire United States in liabilities and also noted in the defaulted case of SCAD that they failed due to timeliness, student loan forgiveness is guarenteed anyways at this point to at least SCAD, but national implications on the matter of an obstructed legal case while I am being tortured and harmed daily in continually reported patterns and methodology that constitutes war crimes.
In a matter of protection to myself and others in a landscape surrounded by coercion and witness intimidation, I give myself the best shot I can of sending this through text messages as well as posting on social media.
I am a supporter of many things, but these crimes against humanity needed to stop years ago.
I am human being and I like to be treated in respect as much as I return and reciprocate as well.
