Slightly Different Approach with the YogaSleep Machine once again proving what is surrounding me 24/7 in what is exhaustive and draining in what cannot be combated or escaped from.

Yoga Sleep Mirrored Audio and then mirrored audio played twice over from phone on one side and computer on the other. I got a little playful with it at least with little snippets of songs in response while I do talk during some of it, but the audio is once again clear as day and what I need help/rescue from, but also seems like others are trying to help as well. Explanation of today of 5/13 and a formal accusation of the 45th Administration and The United States of America.

It is noted I sent a non-finished version of my book, “The Loss Levels - A Spinster’s story” to The Library of Congress last night and reviewed today what has been an onslaught of attack since while being truthful and as candid as I could with family today. I am looking for patterns of other artists who have passed unexpectedly and in the landscape if I would have been heavily attacked today, which I have been of inescapeable measures but proven landscape.

Does this protect people? I find comforting that we are not alone internal ever when help needed.

This section is a real-world scenario and situation. It is a proven landscape where I know at some point I could remove certain parts from it. I consider it a Standing of My Digital Ground for the moment, where conversations are required of the situation I have found myself thrusted into and have been for years. I would say there is a biological aspect here, as the recording is from my own left ear, and I have done so from the right as well in many times over of test over the years. It proves a layperson discovery of what could be channeled sound waves that act, or could act in manipulation of psychological aspects of self as well as relationship forming of any kind personal or professional. (I would say for sake of discussion, I have no current professional connection to the prove of evidence here or discover that is amazing for I to consider in connection with my passion and appreciation with sound in wave.

I pause for a moment to determine morally what they would placing on this website when I have posted more than enough evidence below already and throughout my website of what is a very needed shift of reality and resolve on many lingering issues that have come upon I over the last 7 years, and then well beyond a decade in others. This is why it has been imperative for I to do the best I can to protect myself and others from this known area that was utilized from 2019 to present, and was not applicable or applied from pretty much 2020-April 2021, so the idea of it being able to be shut off or no longer applied is present. If anything the conversation can change and the awareness of what others say and project upon me are verified in fact and caught. I have been doing sleep studies the last several day to see what audio is recorded while I am asleep and interactive. Considering the audio went into my entire work shift yet again and then wouldn’t even let up when I got home, I lay in bed for about 2 and half hours trying to block off the audio attacks. It is usually done with multiple voices and people, where they want the mind to go all over the place. It used to be directly utilized for I to think about certain intellectual properties and come up with ideas on. It was then actually utilized for candidness, or the potential of it, while others would repeat names or try to push a thought process in several directions in which I have rejected a great deal of them as if this method was going to be utilized after-the-fact to paint a picture that was anything buttruth of character. I consider this matter of fact.

In one proven method already discovered, this is audio recorded from my bedroom while playing my YOGASLEEP, white noise machine, which to my knowledge does not have Wifi capabalities. I had known this to be a vocalization point prior, so in an effort to drown out the noise, I record noise in a new over 4 hour sleep study. This is a clip that captures the audio while the machine is on, and then does it in silence when the machine is off and I am clearly asleep. That is noted by the snoring that usually comes with exhaustion. I awake a couple hours later and turn the machine back on.

This is a constant 24/7 external in which is consciously understood and direct proof of invasion of privacy, occupying of the mind and mental space, and important for I to record and document at this point as despite any best effort to save myself, I am trying to save others as well and yet the proven pattern does not stop. It goes one way or another based on what is thought about and utilized. It is a definition of torture to some degree as I cannot escape it if I wanted and it is willful actions of either AI or groups of entities incentivized to do this while still impeding on my property. The disregard of human life is noted despite requests to stop, and I am not being compensated (from lack of choice on the matter) of my property being utilized or aware of in comments within caught sound

Alright I have been a little busy the last couple days here where notice of uptick and a need to resolve this one way or another for myself and others on the proven area of audio attack continued here. Audio got a bit serious the last two days, which is patterned based on many topics of conversation and still is a violation of national/international privacy laws in bombardment and it getting to the point that there is a removal of environment necessary, but has been from some time as I am a state of Georgia private citizen.

As I have done several audio texts to myself, I am only placing two or three of them from my time at Planet Fitness where I am surrounded by so many cellphones and about 40 televisions sets.

First audio proclaims I don’t know what to do and this is surrounding constant and unhealthy nor necessary this many years in. Second audio doesn’t matter the classification, as commercialization has already occurred by others, so it’s a landscape issue to consider of how that is monitored and blocked. The third audio is I quietly switching from an hour on the treadmill trying to focus on anything other than what gets bombarded from the screen and my Blu-tooth headphones while trying to listen to Spotify. There is no escape here and yet I remain in Hope in proving the landscape which I have done.

I silently rest underneath TV’s directly above and press record. I state in the audio the date and time and my name and then let it play a bit longer. I’ve listen to the audio several times since and it still proves a live feed and willful intention of awareness. Others at other points talk about 6 months here, which seems to be a common theme of people looking at things as election cycles on the matter and politically motivated just as much as private business. They mention awareness on the government side and Trump several times, but that has been proven at this point.

This is proof that the landscape has not been resolved yet, and I am exhausted still just as much as earlier in the day it was mentioned that someone was making a million dollars a day in this capacity, which definitely isn’t I but it shows something was incentivized here outside of what is beginning to be an unavoidable disregard of The United States Constitution.

Below is clear as day audio of live and interact of once again bombardment and awareness of surround of the external audios and awareness of this.

They went at it hard yesterday after I wrote to the private Arbitration group of Retired Federal Judges, that the private mediation that I had under their supervision constitutes obstruction of justice on their part based on the Judge’s Ruling despite evidence presented and them not following the ADPRA provided, along with SCAD legal council doing the same. It was already an illegal arbitration from Day 1 on the matter as it was supplied in Evidence, SCAD failed to meet the 30 day deadline of response in Superior Court before getting to the point of them taking all the time they wanted to get to private arbitration and then didn’t uphold it.

Considering the landscape is completely proven, this is becoming a complete disgrace of country and leadership of established rule of law and then how leadership has gone into attempted murder and psychological warfare while the optics of corporations and country impeding on someone for their benefit from a 30K a year salary to their billions on a singular property is not going to be forgotten and not discussed in what has been 7 years direct attack towards I and 6 years of government known of the online mug shots discussion in “Curated Jellyfish” and acted upon in fact that was proven in showcased in the final version of the book a couple years later.

The fact that I am continued attacked in this manner is generational negligence to consider of Crimes Against Humanity and people simply were not trained to respect human life at the variance of coin in which they cannot escape discussion on the matter anyways as my works have been legally protected and would be an insult to American and Global history for this to be a continued problem for I.

In conjecture I check a couple interviews online towards the last days of Michael Jackson and Prince separately on if I can pick up sounds in surround of them. I also can confirm in tactic, I didn’t know Prince was getting death threats towards the end and I knew Michael was in litigation central for several years towards the end.
It is safe to say this method, based on my experience and what surrounded those two artists of mental anguish and fatigue are noted similar in patterns explainable and audibly picked up and recorded.

As of today, I can say people were nicer then the day before and there is a narrowing in of willful intention, but the landscape is weaponized and is a known attack method to have others escape liabilities or consume estates and commercial property while physically draining desired targets.

This mix, clocking in at 1 hour, 54 minutes and 58 seconds, was created and finalized in 2014. It was attached to my kickstarter campaign for “Brave New Secrets” that was successfully funded on 4.22.2022. I originally supplied it to be listened to on Soundcloud during the month of April under the name Final Stream of Consciousness before removing access to it sometime later. It has not been modified since then and retains re-listen value in transformative meanings with each play.

Once the kickstarter was completed, I carried on with compositions that were to play a part in the series of expressing emotion and story-telling. There is a love and a fascination between non-vocal and vocal aspects where story is emotive and contained piece-by-piece.

The juxtaposition between short-form and long-form. A narrative of instinct and approached existed at the time. A connection from one song to the next as if drawn to it or from my own aspects of associations if only to ask me of such a thought process. In the regards of this one, I’ve privately handwritten it and transcribed it to be in a published form to a bigger narrative later in comprehension of what was then in 2014 and what is now 2022. It is different for everyone to listen to one thing or another. Experience and words matter in relatability. A second look always required understanding my connection may not be yours. Always a look, listen and an invitation for dialogue.

Since known 2018—2019, my personal computers were attacked and my entire digital files and assets were discussed, examined and has been unresolved since then. This has happened on my private desktop then onto laptops and then onto other computers where I have logged in and had access to.

I find between yesterday the audible attacks through my electronics has become more focused and intense based on what I imagine to be aspects of confidentiality in private matters over the last couple days. As it did get to the point of inescapable for I, I had to learn calmness and collectiveness despite the fact it was become debilitating on concentration than normal. It was understood in assurances, that I have repeatedly asked for help and done so in the context of constant attack on I and my property in which could have been resolved many years over the last 5-6 years in which I could have had affordance in life of what I am owed. Although life has gone in this area, I do not regret my choices of where I went book wise and the conclusions I have gotten while moving forward in life in peace, happiness and privacy assurances.

I took the original Audio file from the other day and began to expand on it towards the point of further isolation of proof of the audio attacks that can be heard within the confines of this track and imagine that projected little by little through everything with a speaker attached to it within vacinity of I to be of considered torture in some areas and perhaps protect in others.

Based on evidence of the test for the day, I find that perhaps of awareness on American Soil, it is safe to say I’m attacked and possible able to be protected as well. I do not speak during it at all and go about a slightly different method to get the cleanest replicate of what was done differently prior of two audio files talking to themselves. I use garageband and layer the original audio at slightly different timings to create the white noise effect. Male and female is noted in voice heard in same proven method creating an infinite loop of proveability of interconnections that have said I don’t have enough evidence to cite my claims that have arised since 2019 on the audio aspects, but attacks in workplace settings since 2018. That should help with ensuriing what I should of been removed from and remedied in some manner. It is known in my case against SCAD, The state of GA obstructed justice by closing a case ordered to arbitration. That is GA law to keep open so the court can be satisfied of arbitration complete, which wasn't nor followed in procedures, as well as if any constitutional questions arise during that did. In return of court in motion of comtempt and default, the judge cited the case closed despite my claims of failure on SCAD to follow their legally binding ADRPA procedures in which they failed. There is no reason I be continued attacked daily in what has combined to 7 constitutional rights of mine attacked and two more in context of my works and lifestory leading to a total of 9 constitutional violations in discussion. SCAD has set up a system of their education where defraud and attack of the student loan investment and property has gone into intellectual property theft and appropriation. The college acts and has in written that they assume all rights international on student work which falls under constitution of theft. This would fall under conflict of not compensation for goods/services in which the investor has taken loans and made investment towards future on the matter. This would be not of fair market value practice, and the constitutionality of "educational purposes, fair use, and royalty free" come into question and concern when interest is applicable to student loans and proprietary aspects of intellectual property get consumed by the college at the ignorance of value of the student.

I am a graduate of SCAD from 2001-2005 with outstanding student loan debt attached to my degree in undergrad course seen to completion. I was also a fulltime employee during 2002-2006 simultaneously. I return to SCAD for employment in mid 2019 and after 6 months of employment, I entered into the Master's program at SCAD with the income based taxable employee benefit of 1 class per quarter allowed and offset by the college.

Before starting classes in Jan 2020, I write and copyright protected a book titled, "Curated Jellyfish: A Paradise Lost" that was done so on my own time off hours and solely at The SCAD Jen library. The book was registered with The US Copyright office on November 11, 2019.

The book in its first version contains proprietary protected property of position on the illegalization of the online mugshots in America due to several reasons such as cruel and unusual punishment, lack of due process, penalties before any verdict and ultimately in collective stance as the themes and discussions come up in several of my books of being a violation of the 8th amendment collectively while noting their original purpose is for cataloging only and not anything of financial sale for state/federal to outside entities. The book in original version also contained a 2019 EEOC report done so in the back half of 2019 in the State of GA, that discussed attacks on I and my private property with noted detriment at 2 places of business in which outside incentive to harm I and take my creative property was done in noted and verifiable at 2 places of employment of attack and electronic attacks considered a national intelligence breach/abuse of intelligence and lack of protocol followed on the matter.

Reasons prior for interest in attack on I is that I worked for an international bridal company in FL as a lead creative manager for a company called Alfred Angelo, which held an official Disney Bridal Gown line license. This was from 2014—2017 where the company went abruptly Chapter 7 bankrupt and screwed over any bride waiting for a wedding dress as well as any and all employees for the company to be laid off. Due to non-payment aspects of terms of also non-fair market value practice/abuse to I, rights reverted to I on a great deal of my work with the company, including international Disney partnership images and intellectual property. I created my website www.philipbonneau.com around mid-July 2017 to find employment opportunities, but also consolidated my creative works prior and current with most done on my own free time since 2010. These attacks and detriment to I in protected employee settings have been solely in the state of Georgia and span from 2018—present across 5 places of employment for I, but there has been no employer conflict with I since SCAD, but noted detriment and abuse of electronical tactics and what has been proven Audio attacks in GPS isolation techniques that have been verified and recorded as external, not mental health issues and verified by medical professionals on the matter. It was later subsequently removed from future versions of the book which none were made public for sale containing it. The book was acted on by The United States Government on the mugshot aspect specifically and done so during the 45th administration. This is known and factual as I originally reported the liabilities of the mugshots to the internet crimes unit mid-2019 and to the FL state attorney general's office on the matter in pertains to a website in which a mugshot was head of mine and yet I was not convicted of the crime posted and postulated as they had the address associated with the mugshots online that this became a threat to innocent people who may future live at addresses while the website notes in creator statement of "some say I hold a grudge..." in the creation of the site. The book was also acted upon numerous times and references while I was a student/employee at SCAD unauthorized or consulted by I including predominantly The Walt Disney Corporation. I revamped "Curated Jellyfish" in 2022 providing the original Internet crimes report and then was able to side by side prove in image of fact of Government acted on without permission in an expanded version retitled, "Curated Jellyfish: A Paradise Stolen". That too is copyright protected and Disney acted on the new version as well without permission.

I was wrongfully terminated and my college education illegally suspended without excuse by the college on Feb. 10, 2019 after I had already begun to note during my time of employment, Disney was acting on my works in several of their properties. I was wrongfully terminated after reporting workplace conditions since April 2021 to HR and onto federal compliance where the same pattern of attacks by outside incentives came into the college setting which would be 3rd time in reported aspects same patterns of harm I to put my property in vulnerability has occurred along with several workplace violations and refusal to remove I from retaliations. It would be noted I was in Bankruptcy restructure during this time.

Upon termination, I filed with the EEOC of proper complaints, while SCAD liable/slandered I to the state of GA on unemployment benefits in documented records of several excuses on why I was fired and ultimately said in record, "Employee had a bad attitude." where GA denied SCAD request to deny benefits.

While EEOC proceedings went, I also went to the BBB at the same time to begin fleshing out detriment of student loan against the college and collectively the discussion of the college landscape on the illegality mentioned in this whistle blow of landscape. I copywrote my stance before submit and to SCAD internal lawyer that handled both EEOC/BBB complaints. Going hand and hand, EEOC provided right to sue while several discrepancies came up of SCAD where I was able to prove where they withheld evidence and were in liability by afterwards requesting freedom of information act.

During that time of protection, retaliation from the college continued and intellectual property theft towards I occurred and was verified in side-by-side comparisons on the matter that came of copyright protected works yet to be published by the college itself solidifying their abuse of electronic capabilities and environment doing catastrophic damage to my works and repayment of student loan. This was done by college and continued in landscape of mass media. In prepare for court, I wrote the book, "No 'Starving Artist's" that maps out the landscape of abuse/creative theft and acknowledgement of I since 2014.

I filed with the Superior Court of Chatham County pro se in Dec. 2022. The case began where during that time SCAD defaulted on the matter based on failing to respond within 30 days to the court as required by GA law. The case was not closed then, but shortly thereafter illegally ordered to private arbitration despite SCAD’s known forfeiture to respond to the court and yet still did. In order, I pleaded and questioned constitutionality of their ADRPA and cited the 13th amendment on it of unjust enrichment and then that I am basically being thrown into a slave-like condition of non-compensation now in a private entity of arbitration.

During this time, the sole and only affidavit of employee of the college was done by the same entity that wrongfully terminated I who was already liable for the college since April 2021, submitted sworn testimony to the court that I was able to instantly call perjury on and in evidence that was already confidentially submitted to the court, but also to SCAD inhouse lawyer before proceedings.

Before arbitration proceedings began, several attempts by the college were done to switch agreed upon judges and in direct violations of their own ADRPA, they wanted to go with a State Retired Judge for arbitration and admit they have used them before in proceedings. This would be a direct violation to their own ADRPA which requires Federal retired judge to oversee any matters, and would be understood why as any EEOC investigation already denotes Federal oversight and protection on the matter.

The Georgia judge illegally closed the case, which is in violation of GA law for any order to arbitrate must keep a case in stay until proceedings of arbitration are complete. This is done so for any constitutional questions that may arise, which did prior, and then to ultimately satisfy the court that arbitration did occur to complete. The GA judge would know there are federal oversights here and constitutional problems going into arbitration.

I constantly told and tried to get them to follow their procedures before agreeing on another judge that fit the requirements within the JAMS arbitration system that is also a 3rd party documentary on the proceedings.

During the entire proceedings that were prolonged as possible, I was retaliated on in known areas of exploit causing emotional distress willfully, continued creative property theft and flat-out attacks on mental health while the entire time I was proving and ensuring the environment was not mental health, but willful known areas of attacks and methodology.

Arbitration proceedings began and as pro se, I did the best I could where according to ADRPA procedures, if I had a lawyer then SCAD would treat me as an employee on the matter, which would have been an instant 13th amendment claim as they are not the one who paid for services and I was no longer an employee/student and could not be classified as such other than “outside party”. This would protect any of my constitutional rights to my property during that time while calling into question and known of SCAD appropriation of private property that is also stated in student catalogs of practice and reported as something the professors tell their students every quarter.

This is proven that in known evidence of SCAD’s practice on this, the college and president acted specifically on unpublished works of mine post-employment/education that thematically went into works they would not have access to and yet the intellectual property was and proven of not only college benefit of detriment to an outside entity, but then willfully and blatantly shoved in my face on the matter. This would be in regards to denote my wrongful termination/suspension was criminally motivated of intellectual property while I was able to cite breaches of confidentiality in federal compliance where I was able to spot an employee of initial beginnings of attack in 2018, just 2-3 days in Savannah that goes hand-in-hand in the electronic breaches and attack of my phone and information at the time and now in SCAD partnership and interaction with that should never exist. That entity for the two original employment area is located in Sandy Springs of a triple company Freud/Diablo/Avanti where I was fixed termed employee by Randstad Professional Staffing owned by Experian, followed by PureRED where complete attack and known legal and willful intentions were done and reported to the FBI by I.

While in Arbitration, discovery was never had on either side nor was the ability to call witnesses that would have ended proceedings rather quickly. That deny means SCAD would have had no legal means whatsoever to obtain copyright protected private property, let alone act on them without permission or what became compounded guilt and detriment to myself, property and repayment of student loans as well as success that has been stolen by entities completely capable of purchasing books in market published and chose to not do so.

SCAD in the following year’s student catalog conspicuously removed their copyright claim from their catalog that had been in every subsequent one prior, thus acting the copyright protected works and stance placed in the BBB on the matter for their own benefit while leaving I in vulnerable detriment. In this area, they once again defrauded I and harmed, and yet this is under legal protections against federally and state at this point. Not only was that removed but a great deal of the private liabilities of the catalog and student work were also removed in creative directions that didn’t occur prior and directly done in influence of my position and legal discussion that was currently being discussed.

As much as that was addressed to the arbitration proceedings, it was glossed over as SCAD constantly tried to throw out the valid EEOC investigation which ultimately goes towards disrespect of valid proceedings of protection that not only earmark end of discussion points and into non-retaliations of address, but protects me on any and all compounded retaliations and damages that occurred afterwards.

The removal of the policy from the student catalog, considered a point of sale toolkit, goes back to the noted that SCAD has now entered into an area of defraud and “buyer’s remorse” in the entice of students without that known area that SCAD cannot legally change while in complaint with I over it, nor could they in any time of non-resolve as the position is legally protected and time-stamped in copyright. It was said during arbitration by the judge that America doesn’t protect ideas, and then that was doubled down by the college representation, which explains the prolong and exploit of I and failure to close or follow procedures as if someone or multiples at SCAD do not know I do not have a lawyer and constitute the time under the employee side that does not exist to allow continued infringement and detriment.

I will preface, I have not reviewed the entire audio but I did focus privately on key sections, especially towards the end of what was said.

I find based on my statements and copyright protected works, this is the only time in America possible that you have a debate of a sitting president and a former as I strongly believe on either side the 22nd amendment would hold up on any questions that are even presented in moderation of this debate, As President Trump shouldn’t of been signified as President Trump during it signifying brand confusion historically and factually while giving respect at the same time.

I found closing remarks to be amazing on either side and was flat out told CNN would do the best to protect I.

I find I remain objective to history and what has been proven on the matter as either on stage has held oath of office and bound to the Constitution.
